Own the Asset. We Handle the Operation.

The Asset

A real piece of equipment, not a paper position.

The Longevity Chamber™ is a premium full-body photobiomodulation system — a clinical-grade enclosure delivering red and near-infrared light across the whole body. It is built for the wellness, recovery and longevity market, and designed to sit inside a professional medical environment rather than a consumer storefront.

The Structure

Ownership of the asset is separated from operation of the business.

Most people who want exposure to the wellness industry assume they have to start the business: lease a facility, buy equipment, hire staff, acquire customers, run the whole thing. This model splits those apart. You hold the asset. The operating company runs everything around it.

1

Investor

A qualified investor acquires a Longevity Chamber™.

2

Chamber

The chamber is the tangible asset the investor owns or controls.

3

Medical practice

The operator places it inside an established practice with existing infrastructure.

4

Patients & members

Practice patients and members book sessions on the chamber.

5

Revenue

Sessions and memberships generate revenue attributable to that chamber.

Revenue participation — per the investment agreement

2 / 3 Investor
1 / 3 Operating company

The investor receives two-thirds of the revenue generated by their chamber, subject to the terms of the applicable investment agreement. Recurring memberships may support repeat usage, but no level of utilization, revenue, distribution or return is guaranteed.

Division of Responsibility

You are not being handed another job.

The operational work that would normally come with owning wellness equipment sits with the operating company. The investor's role is deliberately narrow.

The operating company handles

Placement and operation

  • Sourcing and vetting the host medical practice
  • Delivery, installation and commissioning of the chamber
  • Day-to-day operation of the equipment
  • Staff training and session management
  • Patient and member acquisition for the chamber
  • Maintenance, servicing and reporting

Specific responsibilities are those set out in the applicable agreement.

The investor's role

Capital, ownership, participation

  • Commit capital toward the acquisition of a chamber
  • Own or control the physical asset
  • Participate in the revenue that chamber generates
  • Receive operating reports on the placement

No location to find. No staff to hire. No wellness business to build.

The Sector

Wellness stopped being a category and became infrastructure.

Preventative health, recovery and longevity services are increasingly delivered inside established medical practices rather than standalone gyms and spas. That shift is what makes a placement model possible: the buildings, the licences, the staff and the patient relationships already exist.

It describes an industry, not this offering, and does not indicate that any chamber will generate revenue.

The Technology

Two bands of light. One of them you cannot see.

Photobiomodulation is the delivery of specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to the body. Red light sits at the far end of what the human eye can register. Near-infrared sits just past it — entirely invisible, which is why the chamber appears to be emitting less light than it is.

Visible Limit of human vision Invisible

The band above renders the emission the way an eye would perceive it — bright through the red range, then falling away to nothing as it crosses into near-infrared. Exact wavelengths for this system are listed in the specification provided with the investor overview.

Why practices adopt it

Full-body sessions are short, require no consumables, and can be delivered by existing staff alongside a practice's current services.

Why customers return

The category is used on a recurring basis rather than as a one-off treatment, which is what makes membership structures viable.

What we do not claim

Nothing on this page is a medical claim. The chamber is not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease.

The Economics

What is fixed, and what is still to be documented.

The structure below is defined. The financial detail — pricing, financing terms, operating assumptions and any illustrative figures — is set out in the investor overview and the definitive offering documents, where it can be presented with the assumptions and disclosures behind it.

Minimum cash
From $10,000

Qualified investors may be able to own a Longevity Chamber™ with as little as $10,000 in initial cash. Qualification, financing and payment terms are set out in the offering documents and are not guaranteed to be available to any particular investor.

Revenue share
Two-thirds to the investor

The investor receives 2/3 of the revenue generated by their chamber; the operating company retains 1/3, per the applicable agreement.

What you hold
A physical asset

Ownership or control of a specific, identifiable Longevity Chamber™ rather than an interest in a pooled fund or a blind pool.

Revenue source
Sessions and memberships

Revenue is generated by patient and member use of that chamber inside the host practice. Utilisation varies and is not guaranteed.

No projected returns appear on this page — deliberately.

We do not publish return figures, payback periods, utilisation rates or income estimates in marketing. When financial information is provided, it is provided in the investor overview, with historical results, current operating data and hypothetical projections clearly distinguished from one another. Projections are never presented as expected or guaranteed outcomes.

Risks & Disclosures

This is an investment. It can lose money.

Read this section before requesting further information. It is not exhaustive — the definitive offering documents contain the full statement of risk.

No guaranteed revenue

Utilisation, revenue, distributions and returns are not guaranteed. A chamber may generate little or no revenue.

Risk of total loss

You may lose some or all of the capital you commit. Only invest what you can afford to lose entirely.

Dependence on the operator

Performance depends materially on the operating company and the host practice. Either may underperform, change hands or cease operating.

Illiquidity

There is no public market for this asset or for any interest in it. You should assume you cannot readily sell or exit.

Placement risk

A host practice may fail to attract sufficient patient or member demand, may relocate, or may terminate its arrangement.

Asset and technology risk

Equipment can be damaged, become obsolete, or require servicing. Resale value is uncertain and may be substantially less than cost.

Regulatory risk

Wellness and medical-adjacent services are subject to regulation that may change and may affect how or whether a chamber can be operated.

No medical claims

The Longevity Chamber™ is not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease. Nothing here is medical advice.
